Formed as part of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines, IQAC plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in educational practices. Its primary aim is to ensure that institutions meet the standards necessary for accreditation while promoting innovative teaching and learning methodologies.
To inculcate a transformational quality culture that drives excellence in Higher Education by integrating and adopting comprehensive strategies that enhance and sustain quality, both with institutional and stakeholder support.
Integrate Technology-Driven Quality Assurance: To adopt advanced digital tracking systems to monitor academic performance and administrative efficiency in real-time.
Empower Stakeholder Collaboration: To create formal feedback loops with students, alumni, and industry partners through the Higher Education Quality Framework to ensure curricula remain relevant;
Promote Faculty Excellence: to implement continuous professional development programs that incentivize innovative teaching methodologies and impactful research;
Institutionalize Continuous Improvement: to utilize data-driven internal audits to identify gaps and implement corrective measures systematically.
Align with Indian/ Global Benchmarks: To ensure all academic and operational processes meet national/international accreditation & ranking standards and elevate institutional standing in line with NEP 2020 and UGC guidelines.
IQAC will facilitate/contribute:
Build an organised methodology of documentation and internal communication.
IQAC shall be constituted in every institution under the Chairmanship of the Head of the institution with heads of important academic and administrative units and a few teachers and a few distinguished educationalists and representatives of local management and stakeholders
