International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women-2025
The program was conducted to observe the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, focusing on raising awareness about gender-based violence. Students performed a role play portraying domestic abuse, workplace harassment, and social discrimination, followed by a seminar discussing causes and consequences of violence, legal rights, and the role of educational institutions. The event encouraged participants to take collective action toward creating a safe and respectful environment for women.
The awareness program highlighted the seriousness of violence against women through a thoughtful role play presented by students. It depicted various real-life situations that women commonly face and emphasized the need for support, empathy, and early intervention to prevent such incidents.
