CME - Diagnostics, Stewardship and Surveillance for AMR

The Department of Microbiology conducted a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program on "Diagnostics, Stewardship, and Surveillance: The Three Pillars Against AMR". The event aimed to strengthen awareness on antimicrobial resistance and highlight essential strategies for combating AMR in healthcare.

Allied Health Science students actively participated by presenting innovative and research-based posters that reflected their understanding of diagnostics, antibiotic stewardship, and AMR surveillance practices.

Their presentations were well appreciated, and several students received prizes for excellence, motivating further learning and active involvement in public health and microbiology initiatives.
