First Aid Module Training Programme - 2026
Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College organized a First Aid Module Session from October 12, 2026, to October 14, 2026, for B.Sc. Nursing I Year students to enhance their knowledge and practical skills in providing immediate care during emergencies. The session aimed to promote confidence, preparedness, and essential life-saving skills among future nursing professionals.
The training programme emphasized the fundamentals of first aid, including the prompt assessment of emergency situations, recognition of common injuries, and appropriate initial care before advanced medical assistance becomes available. Students were encouraged to understand the importance of remaining calm, following safe procedures, and responding responsibly to medical emergencies in clinical and community settings.
The session highlighted the value of emergency preparedness in nursing practice and the importance of developing practical competencies through structured learning.
