World Heart Day - 2026
World Heart Day 2026 celebration was held on 28 September 2026 under the theme 'Use Heart for Action.' The programme included an inauguration, awareness lecture, poster and model presentations, and a session on Pranic Healing. The event was organized by the Department of Cardiac Care Technology, College of Allied Health Sciences, Sri Venkateswaraa University, Redhills, to promote awareness of cardiovascular health.
The programme provided students and participants with an opportunity to understand the importance of cardiovascular health, heart disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices. The awareness lecture and academic presentations highlighted the significance of taking proactive measures for maintaining a healthy heart.
Through poster and model presentations along with the Pranic Healing session, the celebration encouraged students to actively participate in health awareness activities. The event reflected Sri Venkateswaraa University's commitment to promoting healthcare education, preventive health awareness, and community-oriented learning in allied health sciences.
