Department Academic Audit Committee (DAAC) Meeting
As part of the quality assurance initiatives of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), the Department Academic Audit Committee (DAAC) Meeting for the College of Management Studies was successfully conducted on 23 June 2026. The academic audit aimed to evaluate departmental performance, strengthen academic standards, and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement in management education.
The audit was conducted in the presence of the External Expert, Dr 'Yasodha', HOD, MBA Department, J.N.N Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kannigaiper, Tiruvallur District. The committee reviewed curriculum implementation, teaching and learning practices, student performance, research and innovation, faculty development, industry interaction, extension activities, placements, entrepreneurship initiatives, and institutional quality assurance mechanisms through detailed record verification and faculty interactions.
The External Expert provided valuable recommendations and constructive feedback to enhance academic quality, industry oriented learning, research excellence, and student outcomes. Organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), the DAAC meeting reaffirmed the College of Management Studies' commitment to continuous improvement, institutional excellence, innovation, accountability, and holistic professional development.
