Department Academic Audit Committee (DAAC) - Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College
As part of the quality assurance and academic excellence initiatives of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), the Department Academic Audit Committee (DAAC) meeting for Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College was conducted on 10 June 2026.The audit was conducted in the presence of the External Expert, Dr. P. Jayanthi, whose valuable observations, professional expertise, and impartial evaluation facilitated a comprehensive assessment of the institution's academic and administrative functioning. The audit focused on key aspects of nursing education, including curriculum planning and implementation, teaching-learning and evaluation processes, student progression and academic performance, clinical training and nursing practice, research and innovation activities, faculty development initiatives, extension and community health programs, infrastructure and learning resources, and quality assurance mechanisms.
This IQAC-driven initiative serves as an effective mechanism for continuous monitoring, self-evaluation, and quality enhancement. The Department Academic Audit Committee (DAAC) provided a valuable platform for reflective assessment, systematic review, and continuous improvement of academic processes. The audit reaffirmed Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College's commitment to maintaining high standards in nursing education and healthcare training, while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, innovation, and institutional excellence. Through regular evaluation and constructive feedback, the DAAC contributes significantly to strengthening academic performance, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks, and promoting sustainable institutional growth.
