Hogwarts IGNITE 2K26 - Athletics and Table Tennis Events
'Hogwarts IGNITE 2K26' was organized by Saveetha Institute of Basic Medical Sciences as a grand intercollegiate event featuring multiple sports and competitive activities, encouraging students to showcase their athletic and gaming talents.
The event was conducted on 26 February 2026 and 27 February 2026 at Nalli Arangam, Thandalam. Students participated in athletics and table tennis events, demonstrating excellence in sprint races, relay events, and indoor competitions.
MBBS students from Sri Venkateswaraa University secured multiple achievements. Mr 'Akash V' won Third Prize in 100m and 4x100 relay. Mr 'Rohit S J' and Mr 'Praveen R' secured Third Prize in 4x100 relay. Mr 'Hemachandran M' and Mr 'Thamizh Selvan A' achieved Second Prize in Table Tennis doubles, while Mr 'Hemachandran M' also secured Second Prize in singles. Among women participants, Ms 'Dharshini V' won Third Prize in 4x100 relay. Ms 'Kaviya S' secured First Prize in 100m, Second Prize in 200m, and Second Prize in 4x100 relay. Ms 'Nandhini R M' achieved Second Prize in 4x100 relay, highlighting an overall outstanding performance.
