GENESIS 2026 Hackathon - III MBBS Achievement
Students of III MBBS achieved a remarkable milestone at the GENESIS 2026 Hackathon, competing against 71 teams from various colleges. Demonstrating innovation, technical skill, and problem-solving ability, the students secured both first and second prizes, bringing pride to their institution and highlighting their excellence in research-oriented thinking.
The competition was hosted at Madras Medical College, where the students presented two impactful projects - VIGILIS and SENSE. Their creative solutions and strong execution impressed the judging panel, earning them top recognition among a large pool of competitors.
The judging committee further encouraged the teams to pursue patent applications for their projects, recognizing their originality and practical relevance. This achievement not only celebrates student innovation but also reinforces the importance of research, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration in modern medical education.
