About This Course
The Bachelor of Science in Radiology and Imaging Technology is a 4 year undergraduate program which includes internship designed to train students in the use of medical imaging techniques for diagnosing and monitoring diseases. The course covers a range of imaging technologies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound. Students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
Learning Objectives
To teach students the theoretical and practical foundations of radiographic and imaging techniques
To develop skills in patient handling, Radiation safety, image acquisition & Post processing techniques
To foster professionalism, ethics in imaging services
To prepare students for diagnostic roles and possibly research or higher studies

With further studies (M.Sc, certifications) one can specialize more, or move toward management / equipment application / technical sales, etc.
