Distinguished Service Highlights Director of Medical Education, Tamil Nadu (2019-2022): Led academic governance and strengthened institutional readiness across government medical colleges during an unprecedented public health crisis. Member, National Medical Commission (2020-2022): Chaired UG/PG Medical Selection Committees and contributed as a member of the Justice D. Murugesan Committee, ensuring transparent and merit-driven processes. COVID-19 Leadership: Played a pivotal role in the medical education department's pandemic response-coordinating capacity expansion, workforce mobilization, and continuity of medical training under pressure. This honour reflects a legacy of calm leadership, decisive action, and service-first thinking-setting a benchmark for public healthcare administration in Tamil Nadu.
